Paste 3–5 of your best captions into ChatGPT or Claude and say: "This is my voice and tone. Learn it. Now write me 5 Instagram captions about [your topic] in this exact style." It will mirror you. You tweak. You post. Done in 10 minutes.

02 — Turn one idea into a week of content

Give AI your topic and say: "Turn this into a TikTok hook, a LinkedIn post, 3 Threads posts, and a carousel outline." In one prompt you have a whole week of content. You still add your personality — but the heavy lifting is done.

03 — Use it to write hooks that stop the scroll

Say: "Write me 10 scroll-stopping hooks for a video about [your topic] targeted at moms building a business from their phone." Pick the one that feels most like you. The hook is the hardest part — let AI draft it, then make it yours.
